Galaxy Note 7 Finally Leaked: Check out Its Stunning Specification & Features

Samsung is set to launch its next generation Galaxy Note smartphone this year. Ahead of the official announcement, plenty of details about the device have leaked online.

One of the hottest rumors is that Samsung will be skipping the ‘Galaxy Note 6’ to launch a ‘Galaxy Note 7’ in order to align with its Galaxy S7 smartphone. Now, Russian leakster Eldar Murtazin has claimed that the Galaxy Note 7 will be launched at Samsung’s Unpacked event on August 2.

The leakster also claims the Galaxy Note 7 will come with a 3,600mAh battery, which will be delivering 20 hours video at full brightness on a single charge. It’s worth pointing out that the Galaxy S7 edge too has the 3,600mAh battery. According to previous rumors, the Galaxy Note 7 will come with USB Type C support for fast charging.

The latest information comes shortly after leakster Evan Blass revealed that the Galaxy Note 7 will come with an Iris scanner. He also claimed that the smartphone will come a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display. It will come with 64GB onboard storage and like the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will also support expandable storage via microSD. For photography, the Galaxy Note 7 will retain Galaxy S7’s 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-pixel technology and PDAF. It will have a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Other rumors have suggested that the Galaxy Note 7 will come with IP68 certification, making it resistant to dust and water. The smartphone will also be available in an edge variant, featuring curved display and dual-camera setup. Rest of the specifications of the Galaxy Note 7 edge will be same of the Galaxy Note 7.
