WhatsApp Update V2.12.453 Can Send File Documents


Previous versions of WhatsApp application, you can only send messages, videos and audio and images but with the latest update which is version2.12.453 for Android and v2.12.14 on iOS, you can send document on WhatsApp.

The WhatsApp for iOS brings some new updates like user can share photos/videos from cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox and Onedrive. Moreover, this new update also lets the user to select different colors for background in Chat.

The latest update for WhatsApp for Android also brings about new 100 emojis, it now supports 5 new languages. Also, now you can backup your chats and media with Google Drive Backup and it is also compatible with Android 6.0 Permissions.


Besides the above new features in WhatApp, the new update also lets you see the blue ticks directly from the home of WhatApp, which means that you won’t have to open the thread in order to see whether your message has been read or not.

As time goes on more features will emerge, features like sending files like zip, APK, RAR etc direct on WhatsApp but for now it is just documents like pdf or doc files.
  1. Please I think my whatsapp has a bug. On my contacts page it keeps telling me "none of my contacts are on whatsapp" I have deleted and reinstalled the app, backed-up, deleted my contacts, restored back up, even added a new contact that was ln whatsapp all to no avail, please what more can I do

    1. Nedu when you get to your contact page on WhatsApp did you click option and refresh? For it to load your phone contacts. Download this new version of WhatsApp, make sure the numbers are in your sim not phone contract and. This kind of problem isn't from WhatsApp but rather your phone unless WhatsApp banned you which is extremely rare to see.
