Samsung Finally Unveiled Galaxy A9 With 3GB RAM And 6-Inch Screen Display


After several rumors and leaked images of Galaxy A9, Samsung finally unveiled it today in China. The Galaxy A9 was recently spotted on China’s TENAA, and much of the specifications and features are in line with what we have come across before. It flaunts a 6-inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display and is powered by Qualcomm’s recently renamed Snapdragon 652 64-bit octa-core chipset paired with 3GB of RAM. Also on offer is 32GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.



Samsung Galaxy A9 also features a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge support, and also boasts a fingerprint scanner integrated into the physical home button up front. Connectivity options include 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. On the software front, the Galaxy A9 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box wrapped under the TouchWiz UI.
